Woolwich Central Baptist Church

Baptist
Congregation: 50 adults (20 under 18)

Woolwich Central Baptist Church is a lively group of Christians who long to see the spiritual renewal of Woolwich alongside the current physical regeneration of the area. We are from all over the world, gathered to worship God and seek his Kingdom. The church was formed in 1969 by the joining together of Conduit Road Baptist Church (1861) and Woolwich Baptist Tabernacle (1873). Ever since 1861, there have been Baptists in Woolwich who have sought to be engaged in their community and that spirit has not changed. The church supports social action programmes in Woolwich and beyond. Come and visit! You will find a warm, welcoming people, seeking God through Jesus, by the Holy Spirit and with each other.
