St George's Church

St George's is a growing evangelical church situated towards the end of Bamford Street in Glascote, Tamworth, and is about a mile east of the town centre. A forward-thinking church, we seek to explore what it means to live out our Christian lives in today's culture using the Bible as our guide. Traditional on the outside, the inside is a modern worship space. Worship consists of both modern and traditional songs led by a worship group. Refreshments are served after the 10.00 am service, which enables church members of all ages to get to know each other better. We have groups for children from 0-16 years, regularly run Alpha Courses and hold many social events throughout the year.
