St Oswald's Episcopal Church

Scottish Episcopal Church

St. Oswald's congregation was formed in 1847 for migrant Protestant weavers living in Maybole. Our pretty little church was erected in 1883. We are a close church community, sharing in church meals, and enjoying good relations with the other churches in the town. We mainly follow the 1982 Scottish Liturgy, but create liturgy for special services. Worship is structured, but also quite informal reflecting the diverse church traditions and age groups of our congregation.
