Margate Baptist Church is a warm and welcoming fellowship, located in the town centre of Margate. We serve our local community through activities and ministries, including Messy Church, Girls' and Boys' Brigades, coffee mornings, parent and toddler group, and a youth club. We also have a community cafe open Tuesday mornings for a Renew Wellbeing session and Saturday mornings as a small cafe with limited menu run by volunteers. Our Sunday worship is a careful balance of traditional and contemporary - our 10.30 am service attracts people of all ages, with groups for the young people and is live streamed on YouTube; During the week, home groups meet for prayer, Bible study and fellowship. We encourage each other to share our faith by word and by deed; and we are deeply committed to mission, both locally and internationally.
