St Marys Church Ealing

Church of England
Congregation: 80 adults (30 under 18)

The church family at St Marys is made up of many people of different ages, backgrounds and nationalities.

Patterns of worship continue to evolve and St Marys draws on the best that a wide spectrum of church tradition has to offer. We aim to remain true to a scriptural basis of faith in Jesus Christ, while developing a rich liturgy to develop both mind and spirit, and help everyone experience the presence and love of God through His Son Jesus Christ, in the power of the Spirit. Through the week and from time to time we hope to provide something to help everyone grow in their faith, or to explore faith in Jesus for the first time.

There are groups for young people on Sunday morning and on the first Sunday of the month, all ages of the church family worship together. (Please note - Covid restictions are in place, such that there are variations to our pattern of services, and there are 2 services on Sundays - see Main Meetings) Access to worship has been enhanced by holding special services for people with learning difficulties and other disabilities. Physical access has been provided for wheelchair users and there is a hearing loop in the church.

There are various mid week activities. (on hold due to Covid restrictions) The church supports a wide range of development, environmental and mission agencies, as well as individuals within the church who are engaged in charitable work of many kinds.

Our aim is to ensure that our church is fully equipped for its role as a local centre of Christian nurture, worship, fellowship, and witness, both now and into the future.

We look forward to welcoming you.
