Longcroft Church

Longcroft Church - named after the house where we meet - began in the late 1960s. As one of the earliest House Churches our desire was to express the reality of the Lord Jesus Christ in everyday life, and meeting informally in a home was a significant expression of that value. We remain a home based, family orientated church with lay ministry and leadership, encouraging the operation of the gifts of the Spirit in corporate and open worship using both traditional and contemporary expressions. Regular and challenging expository Bible teaching is central to our meetings. We have a mixed age congregation with a full programme of activities. Our desire is to see everyone rooted and established in Christ.
