About Us:

St. Michael's church is an historic parish church featuring in "1000 Best English Churches". The present church built in 1464 is on the site of previous churches that go back to the 8th century. St. Michael's cater for the spiritual needs of the local community and to tourists. Our 4 Sunday services range from Parish Eucharist with choir to Worship for All with electric guitar. We have active links with local schools and seek to encourage parents and children to find a living faith. St. Michael's is part of the active Christians Together in Alnwick and works with its partners to minister to this market town community. A warm welcome is offered to all visitors who come to the church.
