Wallington Baptist Church is 128 years old, situated on a main road between Wallington and Carshalton. The buildings are being refurbished. Three years ago we adopted the text "We want to know Christ and make Him known", have recently completed a "Christianity Explored" course, and are seeing growth in numbers, believers baptised, and commitment to the Lord. Visitors to the church always remark on the warmth of their welcome and we are told there is a real sense of anticipation and excitement about our Sunday morning worship. We leaflet the areas surrounding the church at least three times a year to let the people around know that we have a real desire to serve and honour our Lord in Wallington.
