Bretton Baptist Church

Bretton, Peterborough

Bretton is a Peterborough suburb of some 18,000 people about three miles north west of the city centre. The church was formed about 20 years ago and we moved into our own premises about 16 years ago. Our purpose is to help people meet God, worship God, and be God's people in the world. Our members span the age range and some 60 per cent of our 200+ members live close enough to the building to walk to it. We are very active in the community, work in partnership with local statutory and other voluntary agencies, and have good links with local schools. We have connections with mission activity in the city, elsewhere in the UK and in countries overseas.
