Longham United Reformed Church meets in a building that reminds people of a New England church. It is a very friendly and welcoming fellowship which meets at 10.30 am and after a short children's address our small Junior Church leave for their class. It is led by a qualified teacher, so our children are well taught and cared for. We have a traditional non-conformist service. We support various charities during the year and contribute to Poole Food Bank which is in a more deprived area than we are. We are taking part in the United Reformed Church's Vision4Life programme which is concentrating on the Bible in 2009; prayer in 2010 and evangelism in 2011. |
