Providence Baptist Chapel

Northampton

Providence Chapel (founded in 1791) represents the historical reformed Calvinistic Baptist witness in Northampton. It traces its origins back to the beginnings of the Baptist movement in England in the 1630s, and also draws upon the influence of William Huntington in the late 18th Century. Though without a Pastor from Jan 2002, the church continues under the ministry of the Word, and gives glory to God that we are remaining upon our foundation for the 21st Century.
