Macclesfield Methodist Church opened in the town centre in 1998, a result of two churches with old buildings merging together. We have a dynamic Minister in Charge and a roll call of 400. We are a thriving organisation growing steadily. Worship is usually led by our Minister with occasional visits from others. Afterwards we have tea and coffee. We are a musical church, an excellent Musical Director uses organ, piano, keyboard and Junior Orchestra during worship. He also organises special events music such as the Messiah and the Creation. We support local and national charities including the Drop in Centre for the youth of the town. Midweek activities mean our buildings are used every day and night of the week.
