Devonshire Road Evangelical Church is a small, friendly,
autonomous, evangelical church, self-governing and
self-financing. Although autonomous, we do have links with
other evangelical churches. Locally we are members of
'NETWORK'. We support missionary activities in Europe,
Africa and Asia. The morning service is for people of all
ages; the young people have their own groups after the
opening part of the service. Tea is served at the close of
the service. Sunday evening is when Communion is celebrated,
except for the first Sunday of the month when it forms part
of the morning service. Midweek there are home groups when a
Bible study course is followed, the object being to draw
members into a closer walk with the Lord Jesus.
